Most standard products are completed within three to seven business days. Larger, personalized, or complex orders may require additional time. You will receive an estimated completion date before your order is confirmed.

Pricing depends on the product size, printing time, material usage, customization, and quantity. Small products such as keychains may begin around $10, while larger or custom products are priced individually.

Yes. We accept individual, bulk, event, team, and business orders. Larger quantities may qualify for adjusted pricing depending on the design and deadline.

Contact us as quickly as possible. Changes may be possible before printing begins. Personalized items generally cannot be canceled or changed after production has started.

Yes. You can submit a description, measurements, sketches, photographs, or reference links through our custom-order page. We will review the idea and determine whether it can be designed and printed successfully.

Yes. Common file types include STL, 3MF, OBJ, and STEP files. The model may need to be inspected or adjusted before printing to make sure it is strong, properly sized, and printable.

Design services may be available depending on the complexity of the project. Design time is separate from printing costs and will be included in your quote.

Yes. Most products can be customized by color, dimensions, text, font, and quantity. Available options depend on the product and the filament currently in stock.

Most products are printed using Elegoo PLA+. PLA+ provides good surface quality, strength, and detail for decorative products, accessories, personalized gifts, and many functional items.

3D-printed products are built in thin layers, so small layer lines may be visible. This is a normal part of the manufacturing process. Products are inspected before delivery, but minor surface variations may still be present.

PLA+ can soften or deform when exposed to high temperatures. Do not leave products inside a hot vehicle, near an oven, directly against a heater, or close to an open flame.

Unless a product is specifically described as food safe, it should not be used for direct food contact. The layered surface of a 3D print can be difficult to clean completely.

Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Pickup details should only be confirmed after the order is completed and ready.

Shipping options may be available depending on the product size, destination, and packaging requirements. Shipping costs are calculated separately from the product price.

Use a soft cloth with cool or lukewarm water. Avoid dishwashers, boiling water, harsh chemicals, rough brushes, and prolonged soaking.

Most PLA+ products are intended for indoor use. Direct sunlight, moisture, freezing conditions, and heat can weaken, fade, or deform the material.

Contact us with a photograph and explanation of what happened. Replacement options depend on the product, when it was purchased, and whether the damage resulted from a printing issue or improper use.
